Our washing machine broke, I called Tom and they were quick to come out and diagnose the problem - within 2 days they had the part and came out within an hour to finish the repair! Highly recommend
When our refrigerator quit, we called Tom and Tommy at Better Service and we are so glad we did. The response was immediate, same day that we called! With every call and appointment, they were prompt, courteous, eager to help, and highly skilled. This is a great company to call for any home and appliance repair!
Called and left a message to get service on my freezer that wasn't defrosting. They called back after a the weekend. We set up an appointment and the fridge/freezer was evaluated, new part ordered and it was repaired when the new part came in. They did a great job. I would recommend them. Plus they are the only one that returned my calls. So that was a plus

I called Tom around 12:30pm about a faulty dryer vent, he was at my house by 12:45 the same day and had the issue fixed before 1:30! he was super professional, knowledgeable, personable and overall a very nice guy. cannot recommend this business enough after that experience and will be coming back to this business for any larger scale issues i might have in the future!!! as a new homeowner i cannot say thank you enough for the help!

The Best service I have ever had. Tom was very accommodating. He flexed his busy schedule around and came to my house the same day. He figured out what was wrong with my cooking oven, he came prepared with the replacing part and he had my oven going in no time! And his price was the Best I could find in the Twin Ports area.
A real person answers the phone when you call. Appt was available on the day I called. Tommy knew exactly what was wrong. He diagnosed the problems and advised me of the repair costs compared to a new appliance, so I was able to make an informed decision. He didn't pressure me to make unneeded repairs. I will use Better Service again.
I contacted Tom to fix my mom's stove top burners & range hood in her kitchen in Duluth. He immediately provided me with a reasonable quote & came to the house within 48 hours. Additionally, Best Buy's 3rd party installation company incorrectly installed a dishwasher leading to damage in the house. Tom was able to install the new dishwasher after no luck with Best Buy & replace damaged valve parts caused by Best Buy's vendor. I highly Recommend This business & my mom plans to use him moving forward!
Exceptional customer service! I would highly recommend this company! I called at 9:37am and left a message needing service on my dryer. I received a call back from one of the owners at 9:45am. How often do you get a response to leaving a message within 8 minutes!!! So fantastic! One of the owners was at my house at 9:00am the next morning to do the repair. He was friendly, knowledgeable and had earned my trust within minutes. He fixed my dryer in no time at all and I was very happy when I received the bill. The price was reasonable! They definitely live by their name "Better Service."
Our refrigerator/freezer was not cooling properly. Tom (Better Service) responded almost immediately. After diagnosing the problem, Tom procured the proper replacement part, cleaned and vacuumed accumulated dust, retained a great smile and attitude while performing under cramped work conditions, and completed the job expeditiously! Plus, the cost for his service was very reasonable! All in all--the name of Tom's appliance company says it all: Better Service!!!
I was frantic to find a refrigerator/freezer repair company that was able to come out ASAP, and Tom at Better Service scheduled me for the next day (so I could defrost my refrigerator/freezer prior to service) when every other place was scheduling a week or a month out. Because the appliance is so critical to daily life, he rearranged his schedule and was able to get the job completed in one day. I am so grateful that someone cares enough about his customers as people that he's so willing to go the extra mile. He'll be my first call whenever any appliance breaks in my home!
